Customer Service

        We need individuals and independent companies with a solid knowledge of all areas of the web, and many hours of surfing and emailing behind them, to act as Customer Service and webmaster support.

        The work takes place over the Internet, and you will receive your training at our Customer Service Center in Caracas.
        In addition to your monthly income, which we pay you for the work, we also pay for all computer equipment and pay for the connectivity (a high speed T1 connection to the net).

        Minimum requirements:
        1) Fluent English, both for reading and writing.
        2) Proven computer skills, at least two years using the Internet.
        3) Commitment to progress and efficient work.

        The time spent can be flexible (nights and weekends are available, too, if you require). But the time spent will be equivalent to a full-time job: Approximately 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week.
        You will be responding to emails for our clients and some other web related tasks. Knowledge of the Internet is essential and very good written English is required.
